Long Overdue Update

Wow, it's been a while since I last had an update. We've been cranking hard on stuff for AIM Triton, finally got a chance to come for air. Hope to have some more updates in the next couple days, with a JAMS release for Triton Beta 5, the latest on TOC, comments on GTalk, and some other stuff I've been meaning to post.

Also wanted to mention my trip to Europe last month - had a great time with the folks from AOL Germany - thanks to Markus, Alex, and Volker. Some pictures below...

At a German sausage stand in Hamburg with Volker and Günter.
(Update 9/7: for those unsure, I am the one in the black shirt.)

Driving through the French countryside towards Reims.

In Paris for IETF 63.

Admit it, you went to Europe after seeing "Eurotip". I hope that's the reason so I know my urge to do the same isn't completely insane.

It's always been a bit ironic to me that there is such a thing as "AOL Germany", short for, "America Online Germany".  I guess it a better ring to it than "GOL" has, though, or even "DAL" for "Deutschland auf Linie".

After I just posted that, I noticed something about AIM Triton.  It appears things like "%n" and other control characters have been deprecated.  Is it just something you guys haven't gotten around to yet or are has this functionality been removed completely?

FWIW, in Germany, AOL stands for Alles Online (Everybody online). So it is a bit less awkward, linguistically (and culturally).

%n should work - that is stuff that happens in my layer. If it's not working for you, please provide specific details. Thanks!
